I love toys that stimulate brain development. Nothing is better to me than a toy that is STEM approved or serves a dual purpose for our kiddos. I also adore toys that keep their attention with minimal stimulation in the ways of lights and music… it’s what keeps my sanity in tact.

As a first time mom I consulted a lot of friends and family before creating my registry. Even though I had a very solid list I had an urgent C-section which none of my friends or family had a c-section so I have product recommendations for both based on experiences from women in all walks of life! Also as someone who STRUGGLED to get their baby to latch and ended up exclusively pumping even though I swore up and down I would exclusively breastfeed I was humbled very quickly when my baby had a tongue tie and jaw tightness that didn’t allow him to easily latch! I worked with an IBCLC for week and a speech language pathologist for our son to work through his latch issues and body tightness! It was a long 8 weeks before I decided to go to solely pumping for ease of going back to work. While my dreams of breastfeeding never took off I do have so many product recommendations for pumping and keeping your sanity.

As a new mom I have some things I could absolutely not live without. These are my hands down non-negotiable items I had so many items on my registry that I didn’t use or had to find an alternative product once our baby actually arrived because they did not work as expected or at all for our baby. After working with an IBCLC I learned so much about bottles, nipples, and pacifiers. I am also a little crunchy so glass bottles were a must for me as were herbal remedies to combat all the toxicity in the world. I hope you love these things as much as we do!

I have had hair down to my waist for as long as I can remember, but it has never been as healthy as it has been since using the products in this list! Amazingly shiny, strong, long, healthy, hair does not have to be genetic.

I find an organized, clean home, is a happy home. I also know how important good quality sleep is to our mental health.

Gluten free substitutions are so hard to find if you're looking for one that is actually edible. I cannot say enough good things about all the foods on this list. They make it just a little easier to be gluten free.
