When I need some flavor, these are my go-to drinks that actually keep me hydrated without all the extra sugars and something I can grab quickly.
Has 5 calories, 0 grams of sugar, & water + lemon juice/vitamin C. It’s also pretty refreshing too. Watermelon and peach are my favorites.

Water with 99% electrolytes, good for if you have low iron or low b12. It also helps with digestion too. You can get a case of 12 at Whole Foods and Sprouts as well.

It doesn’t taste too sweet nor does it taste too sugary. Best when it’s cold because it’s super refreshing. It does have 0 grams of sugar with Monk Fruit & Stevia Lead Extract.

This is the only other (energy drink) I can and have the ability to drink. Obviously it’s too but it doesn’t have the artificial sugars, and no taurine, but also BCAA Aminos for building protein in your muscles and protect your muscles from waisting.

Personal favorite and something I’m a little obsessed with drinking right now. It has a mix of fruit and vegetables done right and something you can grab quickly when you don’t feel like cooking your veggies.
