I use this cleanser every day and night. It is gentle and does not irritate my sensitive skin. I use the CeraVe Lotion right after I wash. CeraVe also has a bar cleanser that I take when I travel.

I live in the high desert and use CeraVe Lotion when I get out the shower an in the morning when I wash my face it goes on right after. My dermatologist recommended it years ago and it has been a low cost way to keep my skin in very good shape.

I love this CeraVe Cleansing Bar. I use it as a face wash when I travel. This is a great alternative to the Fash Wash CeraVe puts out.

This is another bar facial cleanser that I really like and have used. These bar cleansers are great to take when traveling. This is as good as the CeraVe Bar Cleanser. I have used them interchangably.
Vanicream Cleansing Bar | Fragrance-Free
I use this in conjunction with my CeraVe Lotion. It is a heavy cream that helps to seal in the moisture that CeraVe puts into your skin. It is fragrance free. Also my dermatologist recommended this for life in the desert.

I have used a Sonicare toothbrush for decades and that is part of the reason that I still have my own teeth in my head. It cleans better than any electric toothbrush I have ever used. They also last for years. You do have to buy heads but the benefit of the dental health is worth the cost.
