I got one of these for Christmas and it is really handy to have. Before, when I made bacon, I would have to wait for the grease to cool in the skillet before I cleaned it out. Now it pour it into the pan and because the strainer is there, I use the bacon grease for other things as it is clean.

Love my Lodge Cast Iron Skillets and believe that every kitchen needs a good cast iron skillet. I make my cornbread in the 10 inch, and then i the 4 inch that I have I make a brownie or chocolate chip cookie then top with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. It is a restaurant quality dessert.

I love this and mine is so old it is actually made of wood. The new version is even better. I have arthritis in my hands and this roller is great on those days I am hurting. I roll out empanada dough and pie dough and bread dough and everything with these. The curved smaller end is great for pressing things to the sides of a pan when needed. It is one of my all-time favorite things I have ever bought from Pampered Chef.
