items I have gained a lot of weight since my open-heart surgery almost 4 years ago. What I am posting in this list is working for me. I encourage you to try them. I have had a lot of success with GLP-1 called semaglutide. It isn't the long-term solution to keep the weight off, but living a healthy lifestyle with food and exercise and Mental health is the key to long term weight loss. I have also recently found out that I have the MTHFR Gene Mutation. I have been researching and finding products I need to utilize the supplements in my body.

I have the MTHFR Gene Mutation and I did a lot of research on Glutathione. I found the best way to digest it was via Liposomal method. This supplement works for me. The flavor isn't bad. I mix it with a shot glass of water and then drink more water right after it. I actually mix it with lemon water after because Vitamin C is works side by side with it. I recommend this product.
