Esthetician-Approved Skincare Favorites for Healthy, Glowing Skin
These are the skincare products I personally use and recommend, based on nearly two decades as a New York State-licensed esthetician. From cleansers and exfoliants to serums and SPF, every product here supports barrier health, long-term skin integrity, and real results—not trends. *Skincare steps: double cleanse (a precleanse and a cleanser), toner, serums, eye cream, moisturizer, and SPF. On the days you exfoliate (2 - 3 times a week), do it after cleansing. One time a week: Mask. Pick a day each week where you include all these steps: cleanse, exfoliate, mask, and then the rest of the skincare routine. I usually have “self-care Sunday” when I complete these steps.*
