As a former English literature and professional writing major, I spent the majority of my undergrad reading books and deciphering some of the most complex pieces of literature. Some of them bad, and others I actually enjoyed reading. These books are a combination of controversial or banned books, (or both) or classic literature reads that I didn't get to read in school but was supposed to. These are all based on my opinion for just pure curiosity on how bad can a book possibly be to get a “banned label.” Some of these books I would not personally recommend to anyone because of the subject matter itself, but I find that skimming some of these books from Iceberg videos of just how disturbing they can be, is interesting.
