If you make your own padsicles (pad + witch hazel + aloe gel, folded up and stored in the freezer), make sure you use an alcohol free organic aloe gel like this one! Trust me!!

Bring one to the hospital, then toss it if it gets all gross! But for SURE have a couple at home too- the button front makes nursing a breeze. This and some sweatpants was my ugly but SO comfy uniform in the first weeks postpartum
