We got married in 2018 and these are the tried and true wedding vendors we used. We stayed true to our roots, shopped small and local. Everyone went above and beyond for our special day. These locations are local to the West Suburbs of Chicago but many extend farther out. Its not over achieving! Its definitely doable and sets you up for success in potty training later on even if you are not able to ditch diapers just yet. Potty training under age two is all about elimination communication - that means parents watch the child’s cues and jump in with the potty! While you are at home you put the child in training underwear (not pull ups) watch and time them and put them on the potty. When you catch a pee or a poo in the potty make a big deal say good job, yay, you went pee pee in the potty etc and eventually it will click! After training both boys and girls - girls are a little easier because they talk sooner. That gives you an edge. However you can start before your child starts talking. It is not serious and it is not a flex but it is definitely possible to potty train your child before age 2! Try it and let me know how it goes

Reaching for the can is easy but did you know sloppy Joe is really easy to make on your own! Use your favorite high quality ground beef, turkey or even pulled chicken. Start planning in advance, lean heavily on DIY or grocery store catering and you can build a birthday bash that’s balling on a budget. Your child won’t know the difference and you’ll have money leftover for a rainy day.
