Midwest Chili

This is the best dump recipe. No measuring. Just dump the cans and go! Can be stovetop or crockpot. Your preference.
Brown 1 lb of hamburger or butchers blend (½ pork and ½ ground beef). Add in ½ diced onion to ground beef. Now it's time to dump. Add your ground meat with onion into pot. Add 1 can crushed tomatos, 1 can of Original Rotel, 1 can of diced chilis, 1 c...& cheese noodles on top.

I love adding Rotel diced tomatos. My family doesn't love too much spice so I do stick with the “original” vs. spicy.

Don't drain. Dump it all in. For any other beans you add, you will want to drain and rinse. This is the exception. You want the flavor of the chili sauce with these beans.
