1.5 lbs of ground beef or turkey; ⅓ cup of tomato sauce; ½ onion chopped; ½ cup oats, healthy splash of Worcestershire sauce, 1 egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, non-stick cooking spray
(makes 10 mini-loaves; ~5 servings)
Mix everything together.
Fill and press into muffing tins.
Dab some extra tomato sauce on the top of each loaf before baking.
Bake uncovered for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

1 Can of black beans
16 oz of shredded cheese

Cream of Chicken Soup
Step 1. Cook your meat; mix with 1 can of black beans (rinsed).
Step 2. is 1 cup of picante sauce, 1 cup of sour cream and 1 can of cream of chicken soup.
Step 3. Mix half of your sauce mixture into the meat mixture. (reserve ½ to top your dish)
Step 4 - Mix ½ of your cheese mixture into the meat and sauce goodness.
Step 5 - Fill and roll your tortilla shells and fill a 9x13 baking dish. (non-stick spray)
Step 6 - Pour remaining sauce mixture on top of the rolled enchiladas.
Step 7 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees; Cook covered in foil for 45-60 minutes. Remove foil, top with extra cheese and bake for last 10 minutes.
