I highly recommend wearing a hat. It works as a good shield from the sun and will also keep you cool. Plus it is fun to get dressed up and support your team to the fullest.

Personally, it doesn’t feel right to me if I go to a game without wearing a jersey. I feel like I am a little more engaged and apart of the action when I wear a jersey. I highly recommend adding one to your attire for your day at the game.

While you will most likely be watching the game and engaged with what is going on, you will be using your phone quite a bit throughout the day. Stay in touch and keep your battery charged by bringing a power bank to the game with you.

Although it might be warm during the day, it could cool down considerably later on depending on where you live, time of year, etc. Always make sure you have a jacket nearby if you think it is going to cool off at night during the game.

I highly recommend wearing sunglasses if you are attending a game during the day. It can get very sunny out there. Protect your eyes with prescription sunglasses or a very cool looking pair for those fortunate enough to not need regular glasses.

Most of us don’t leave home without our phones these days, but just know that there aren’t many ballparks who take physical money, tickets, etc. Do your research, keep yourself connected, and bring your phone so you don’t run into any issues.

Check the weather if you are attending a game outside. If rain is in the forecast, bring a poncho. It will save you a lot of aggravation from getting soaked by a storm during the game.

It’s always good to have atleast one credit card on you for purchases. You can’t rely on using physical money these days and you can’t always count on your Apple Pay app working properly. Be prepared and have a backup plan by bringing a credit card.
