I have used this and for me it's been great, it holds well. I've gone swimming and it does not come off unless you actively rub but I went swimming and still had full eyeliner. Doesn't smudge for me, the only time is if im in a hot place and sweating...

I was told getting a peach colored color corrector helps with dark circles I under your eyes but that might have been based off my skin tone. Im not too knowledgeable on that but it does help me
