One of our favorite things to do in Dallas on the weekends. This is indoor and outdoors so you decide what you would like to explore.
Dallas Farmers Market
Great area to take a hike and explore nature. There's a playground for the kitties and picnic tables too. Great for photos too.
Arbor Hills Nature Preserve
Local farmers market in Plano, Tx. Offers local honey, and other items. This area is up and coming and it is also close to restaurants and a park.
Georgia's Farmer's Market
We love coming here to see the beautiful flowers and walk the trails. You can also picnic here and my teenager loves it.
The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
This is only in DFW for a short time and I highly recommend doing this. It’s so much fun and interactive and your teen or kids of all ages will have a blast. This is a long walk, and outdoors so dress accordingly.

Such a cute spot for photo ops or walk the trials. This park has giant teddy bear statues that are lovely. My teenager loves coming here bexise it so relaxing with beautiful scenery.
