This is the grip I use when I need extra tacky hands or knee pits for gripping the pole. It feels a bit like tacky glue on your skin.

This is the go to grip if you have sweaty/slippery hands. It's basically liquid chalk, like weight lifters or mountain climbers use.

I've seen people put this on right before class. I personally use it in place of lotion on days I am poling. This moisturizes your skin without the slip lotion gives. It's good for legs/arms.
