I have been to a lot of these places but some are still on my list to go visit. Never been here before and are interested in what to do? I would stop at iFly in Austin before anything else!

A global city with great museums, diverse food, and NASA's Johnson Space Center. This city is always busy, but there is no end to the variety of foods that you can find many of on every city block!
Houston
A bustling city known for shopping, dining, and the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza! I have only ever driven through here but would love to stop one day and take some time to visit some of these places! Most certainly near the top of my list!
Dallas
Famous for the Alamo, River Walk, and rich Spanish heritage. I spent of lot of time here while I was in the military. The traffic sucks, but there is no end to the stuff that you can do.

Famous for its university, musical history and the Buddy Holly Center. The town seems to be growing and more restaurants are making their way into the city! Great for a lot of variety! Merch Masala is the place to go for great Indian food!
Lubbock, Texas
Known for the Cadillac Ranch, the Historic Route 66, and the nearby Palo Duro Canyon!
Amarillo, Texas
Home to the Magnolia Market, the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame, and the Dr. Pepper Museum! My family all love DP and thus this has to be a visit in the future!
Waco, Texas
Home to Texas A&M University, with a rich college-town atmosphere and historical sites.
College Station, Texas
Known for its rose gardens, great parks, and the Caldwell Zoo.

A charming town with German heritage, great tubing on the Comal River and the famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark! The water park is absolutely gorgeous, especially while enjoying the lazy river!
New Braunfels, Texas
Known for its beautiful river, great shopping outlets, and historic sites. Again, another great place that I have on my list to visit!
