Explore the Brera neighborhood, there are quite a few restaurants here where it was nice grabbing lunch outdoors & people watching.

This neighborhood has a more modern city feel than Milan's center. You'll find some cool apartment complexes like the Bosco Verticale structure here and lovely parks.
