I'm pretty picky about my shakes, but premier are the best for Proffee, unless it's a caramel Proffee in which case aim for Quest Salted Chocolate. Fairlife are the BEST for drinking and for hot cocoa.























































I don't encourage anyone to do too much chip snacking alone, but in combination with other nutritious foods, these can be a great way to add more protein to a meal or give dimension to an otherwise boring bowl.













Texture is a struggle sometimes, as is flavor, as is consistency, as is volume. If nothing meaty sounds good, try yogurt or cheese for protein!
