This textbook is highly recommended and is used in a classroom setting. I really find it useful though it's a little more formal than resources like Korean Made Simple and TTMIK. If you want a more traditional textbook, this is a good one!

I bought this early on in my Korean language learning and it really helped get me practice with writing so that my syllable blocks looked more consistent and it teaches the stroke order for the characters. It also includes some simple vocabulary.
