We have been to the island many times and stayed in many different places. I´m not sure I have a favorite yet!
Isla has some really nice hotels and condo-hotels to choose from. For such a tiny island, there is really something for every travel style and budget. If my BF and I come back without my adult kids, we will be book at Ixchel Beach House.

Dispite the crowds, this is a stunning place to take in the views of the Caribbean on both sides of the island. Worth taking a gold cart ride to check it out!

Renting a golf cart on Isla Mujeres is the best and most FUN way to get around the island. There are lots of options for rentals. Plan to spend about 60 USD per day. less if you are renting for a longer period of time.

The best breakfast (and lunch) on the island. You will need a golf cart to get there but it is SO worth the trip. Big flavorful food, huge portions, reasonable prices. We eat here every time we are on the island.

Glorious Mediterranean food in a stunning garden atmosphere. Perfect for a romantic dinner our or a special occassion. Olivia has been one of my favorite restaurants on isla Mujeres for year. The food and service remain consistently excellent.
