I use this toner for my armpits, legs and heels of my feet. It lightens up the dark spots of the skin and helps to exfoliate the skin. You can use this over the body as well but I recommend to patch test it first for reaction of skin.

This is a really good bath scrubber for the whole body. It's very soft on the skin and helps to exfoliate and open the pores. I replace it every 3-6 months.
