Every cheap wedge I tried just skated across my hardwood like a hockey puck. These actually grip the floor and hold doors open without leaving marks or scuffs behind.

When both arms are full of towels and you need a door to stay open NOW, kickdown stops are a lifesaver. One tap with your foot and the door locks in place.

My hallway door used to slam into the wall and chip the paint every time someone threw it open. Magnetic stops catch the door gently and hold it open until you pull it free.

Some of my doorways have zero floor clearance for a wedge, and the walls are too close for a magnetic catch. Hinge pin stops solved this problem I didn't even know had a name.

Carrying laundry from a detached garage or through a heavy exterior door is a whole different battle. Regular wedges can't handle the weight, so I upgraded to these tanks.

My partner vetoed every functional door stopper I brought home because they looked terrible sitting out in the living room. These do the job while actually looking intentional.

Sometimes the stopper itself is fine but you need a little extra grip, protection, or convenience. These small additions fixed the annoying problems my stoppers couldn't handle alone.
