You must get a platter if you go here and the chicken steak sandwich I still think about constantly. It was that good.

If you haven't had a Wally Hog you don't even know what a sandwich is. They are that good.

This is the local farmers market. It's only open a few days a week but worth the trip. I recommend the Amish bakery, the Greek place, the Korean stand (be prepared to wait in line) and so many more places. You can travel around the world eating here.
Allentown Farmers Market
They have some of the best Mediterranean food in the area. And it's a bakery so you can get fresh pitas, etc.
Soumaya & Sons Bakery
It's a little Italian market where you can get all kinds of salads and hear me out .... Hoagies. So good.
Stravino's Italian Market: Imported Italian Cheeses, Pasta ...

Whenever we go to the mall this is where go for a quick bite. You can eat in the mall and get simple food or go inside for a true sit down German style meal.

If you ask who has the best hot dogs in the valley it's a toss up between here and the next place. I'll eat at both.

I may eat at Potts but Yocco's is my first love. My grandfather, way back when, used to make the sauce. Its THE best.

Lehighton - PJ Whelihan's Locations
After eating at PJs (trust me eat first) you want to drive up the road and go to Country Junction. Follow the yellow brick road and enjoy what this "general store" has to offer. You will not regret the trip.

Worth the trip for not just the food but the concerts and especially for the view.
