I wear makeup most days as the process is part of my morning routine to feel ready for the day. That being said, I don't want to compromise my skin barrier or disregulate my hormones due to toxic ingredients I may not be aware of.
Skincare

Foundation
Don't cake your face in toxic creams and powders. We know what happened to Queen Elizabeth I....
Great score for clean ingredients, only one ingredient that is low risk (titanium dioxide).
Not only does this foundation have cleaner ingredients, but it has great reviews for the way it color matches your skin.
Not the cleanest of the list, but still a great alternative to most popular foundations!
Mascara
Add depth and color to your eyes, not hazardous ingredients.
I haven't researched every Ilia product, but I keep seeing their name in my research of clean makeup options.
Another trustworthy product for clean ingredients is the Honest company. Many of the products for my son (due in just 3 weeks!!) is from the Honest company.
A great option for my blue-eyed mascara users.

Blush
These clean rouge products will make you blush before you even apply.
I've just recently switched to liquid blush, and I like it a lot better.
A 2-in-1 product. Blush and lip crème.
Love the shimmer of Bare Minerals blushes.
The great thing about this blush is how a little goes a long way.
