There are several good options for strength training with body weight and resistance bands. Something along these lines is a great first option in a home gym.
Fit Simplify Resistance Loop Exercise Bands
Kettlebells are another great strength option, and one or two can add some great options. I recommend something heavier than you think you need, start with a 20 or 30 lb option.

This is a fantastic, low impact, but high intensity cardio option. I really like doing HIIT on the rower.
