This smaller and sleek form of a treadmill helps me get my daily steps in. I love how light weight it is, so it can slide away or be pulled out when I need to get in my daily steps when I am watching tv or really anywhere around the house.

Healing
With age comes added aches and pains. I have issues with my sciatica nerve and hip. Using my foam roller, helps loosen up my muscles and helps relieve some of that pain.
