Ordered for low level, non-intrusive lighting in a living space and loved them so much I bought another set for my sister immediately!

Pros:
- mains operated so you don't have to spend on batteries
- A really warm yellow tone so it's not harsh on eyes, perfect for those with hypersensitivity to cold light shades
- Comes with a remote so you can adapt the settings as you wish

Cons:
- The remote is a fairly cheap standard one so it's not the clearest icons to use, I also don't personally like the flashy settings too much but I'd say that's personal preference!
- It may require a little bit of set up for the most optimal way of using, we used cable clips that required a small amount of hammering into the walls. You could probably use those invisible wall clips just as easily though.

Bought as a small christmas gift for my neurodivergent partner who loves it so much he can hardly put it down!! I ordered the fire goddess artwork style and it's beautiful. It's a FAB fidget toy and here are the pros & cons so far:

pros:
- Seems pretty durable
- Comes with a visual infographic flowchart on how to move through the various shapes
- Really aesthetically pleasing visuals
- Endless variety of fidget/stimming capacity

cons:
- Makes a fairly quiet repetitive clicking noise (similar to a Rubix cube) which may be irritating for those with hypersensitivities to certain tones/pitches of noise
- Fairly expensive in my view for a fidget/stim at just over £20.00 on average

I am always on the hunt for lighting alternatives to make home spaces feel more cosy and less overstimulating. We recently lost the remote to our old set and this replacement was actually better than the original! They're now subtly threaded around t...

Pros:
- A massive variation of colours & ways to use them, even a music/sound responsive setting!
- Can be used via an app and/or remote
- Huge variety of colours & shades to suit a variety of moods

Cons:
- The strips could be a little fiddly to get on surfaces at times
- Comparatively seems to be on the slightly more expensive end of the cost spectrum

In complete honesty I have had a love/hate relationship with myzone in the past. However, it does WORK incredibly well as a fitness tracking wearable. In this one I'll explain what I like about the functionality before going into pros & cons beca...

Righto, as an ex-PT I'd get really frustrated with a lot of the various ways to track fitness. Whilst I can totally understand the benefits of tracking everything all the time, I wasn't keen on the idea of using something that I could easily get addi...

Pros:
- I LOVE the colour coded visuals that tell me what zones I'm in throughout my workout, it's way more fun and engaging to look at and in a way gamifies it, because the harder you work the more points you get per minute

- I LOVE that there is a scale of status achievements you can work towards, and the minimum amount of points you need to maintain your status are aligned with the minimum amount of government recommended activity so if you hit the minimum and keep yo...

- It has a community feature so you can connect with other users and create a tribe of people who will help to encourage and celebrate your progress. This also acts as an additional layer of accountability as these people can see the workouts you're ...

- It gives you breakdowns of your workouts in visual infographics like pie chats and graphs that are actually quite easy to follow which again can be helpful for tracking

-The battery life is really long so you don't have to keep remembering to charge it. In fact it lasts so long that I usually lose the charger for it by the time I need to charge the module!

Cons:
- It's expensive. It's a pretty big financial committment and it's worth really thinking about whether you're ready to make use of it

- The chest strap isn't the greatest sensory experience (slightly ironic given it's position on this list) but hear me out. I personally don't enjoy putting it on (because it's usually cold) and I don't like taking it off (because by then it can be s...

- Technical help & support isn't always the most accessible. Thankfully I've only had to use them once I think, but I had to get through an immensely irritating & unhelpful AI bot service before I could engage with a real human to resolve my ...
