Dorm Room Essentials: The Ultimate Move-In Checklist
Okay, real talk — when I was packing for my dorm, I thought I had it all figured out. I did not. I showed up with regular twin sheets (rookie mistake — dorm beds are Twin XL, not the same as your bed at home, so save yourself the return trip and get that sized right the first time). I also packed like I was going camping instead of living somewhere for nine months, which meant way too much random stuff and not nearly enough of what I actually needed. So this list is basically everything I learned the hard way, broken down into the categories that actually matter: bedding, storage, tech, and decor.
