These are a few items I had to run my daycare smoothly. With having different ages of kids it was a must to be organized and to help stay on track.

I had 2 sets for my daycare.  The kids had their own colors and knew which ones were theirs at story time. I marked the colors with one and two if they were the same color which helped with learning their numbers as well.
