Started doing a simple face routine every night and it became the ten minutes where I'm not thinking about work, dishes, or emails. Didn't expect skincare to become my meditation but here we are.

Wanted that lush, calm, resort-lobby look but I've killed every plant I've ever owned. These are the ones that actually made it past month two in my care, which is saying something.

All the products in the world won't help if you don't actually carve out the time. These are the little things that gave my evenings structure and made relaxing feel intentional instead of guilty.
