The popular ‘Abby Young Method’ for people with vivid colored hair! I never see enough representation for people with vivid hair using the Abby Young method.. so I wanted to share my journey! I have fine wavy hair that THRIVES on conditioner. My number one non-negotiable if you take this journey is use FREEZING COLD water as well as making sure each product is not only color safe but has good reviews on not stripping vivid color. I personally use a mix of L’Oréal’s ever pure line to keep my colors from fading while utilizing dove’s moisturizing qualities for my color treated hair.
