Most drawing softwares are paywalled, and this software is no exception; however, the developer still offers his software at an affordable fixed cost of $5,500 JPY ($~50 CAD or ~$40 USD)!!
It's very outdated compared to other drawing softwares because it was created and developed by a single a Japanese man, but many experienced artists still continue to use PaintSAI!
