Right out of the box, the shoes are very cute, albeit a little still. Changing the buckle notch was bit of a hassle, but once I loosened them such that I can slip the shoes off and on, I haven't had to mess with them since.
A few wears in, the sole is very comfortable and I like the arch support. I'm still working on breaking in the heel area, which is still a bit stiff, but otherwise these are super cute and the foot support they provide has been more than adequate.
