Fort Collins definitely doesn't have a shortage of options. These are the places I frequented when visiting for work. I still think about the sliders at the Colorado Room.

I grew up in Orange County and frequented these spots. They are pretty spread out but its rare you find yourself stuck in one area when visiting. If you only had a day or two to visit Id suggest the Newport Peninsula first (but eat in Costa Mesa) and then check out the Orange Circle.

I worked in San Antonio for a couple months and had a tough time getting away from the tourist traps. These places refreshed San Antonio in my eyes. If you only have a couple hours here avoid the river walk and go to the pearl district.
