As a Realtor my day starts in one place and ends in a totally different location, most of these perfumes last me thoughout the day and the smells are heavenly as well :)

Some of the ALL THE BEST (tried & true) bath and body works candles, skincare & home products! (from a previous employee)

Items as a single mom, who is also a business owner that is constantly on the go, these are some products that I find makes my life much easier.

Single mom of 3 over here 👋🏽 and I don’t waste money on things that don’t actually make life easier. I’ve been through the baby stage multiple times, on my own, juggling real life—and these are the products that actually helped. Not the overhyped stuff… just real, practical, mom-tested essentials that save time, energy, and sanity. If it didn’t make my day smoother, more organized, or less stressful—it didn’t make this list. Period. Whether you’re a first-time mom or doing this all over again, these are the items I genuinely recommend because they work. 💯✨

As someone who Grew up in Seattle-Tacoma area, these are my favorite and affordable restaurants in the area.
