AMAZING book about being able to set boundaries in love without completely burning yourself out or feeling guilty about the need to have better parts of yourself to share with others. Great for individual reading and also in a group setting.

Adding this to my list of books to read! Caught my attention right away. It's hard to lose any type of relationships, but the friendships kinda get pushed aside as far as how much it can hurt and the grief & healing process you go through!
