I've always loved the kind of books that don’t really leave you when you finish them. You close the book, put it down, and somehow you're still thinking about a character, a sentence, a decision - or about yourself.
I made this list for those books.
There are classics here, strange books, painful books, books that made me stop and think, and books I wish I could read again without knowing what was coming.
I don't think every book has to be "life-changing." Sometimes the best thing a book can do is make you look at something ordinary a little differently.
So if you're looking for your next read, don't just pick the one that looks impressive. Pick the one that makes you curious enough to open it tonight.
Maybe one of these will stay with you, too. 📖🩶
