I used to lie in bed with my eyes buzzing after three hours of Netflix. Tried the free phone filters first but they barely helped. These glasses actually made my eyes stop feeling like they'd been microwaved.

Glasses alone didn't solve everything. My bedroom still looked like a Best Buy showroom at midnight. Adding a couple of screen filters finally made the room feel like a place for sleeping, not doom-scrolling.

Once the blue light problem was handled, I realized I still needed help actually relaxing. My brain wouldn't shut off. These are the things that finally got me from ‘lying in the dark thinking about emails’ to actually falling asleep.

Here's what nobody told me. Fixing sleep isn't just about what you do at 10pm. A few daytime swaps made the nighttime stuff work twice as well. Felt dumb not knowing this sooner.
