Coffee was my personality until 4pm, and then I'd wonder why midnight felt like noon. These teas became my off-switch. One mug at 9pm and by 9:40 my eyelids are heavy without any groggy hangover the next morning.

Sounds silly, but having a dedicated nighttime mug made the habit stick. Something about reaching for the same warm cup every night signals my brain that we're done for the day. The ritual matters as much as what's in the cup.

Tea alone got me 70% of the way there. These filled in the gaps on nights when stress was running the show. Not a doctor, just someone who tried a lot of things and kept the ones that actually helped me fall asleep and stay asleep.

My bedroom used to double as my office, my gym, and my snack zone. No wonder my brain didn't know it was time to sleep. These turned it into a space that feels different the second I walk in after 9pm.

The tea is the anchor, but these are the things I do between the first sip and actually closing my eyes. Took about a month of experimenting to land on this exact combo, and now the whole sequence takes 40 minutes and I look forward to it every singl...
