
RECIPE: - 2 cups Baking Soda
- 1 cup Cornstarch
- 1 cup Epsom Salts
- 4 tsp Sweet Almond Oil
- 4 tsp Essential Oil
- 2 tsp Water
OPTIONAL:
- Mica Powder
1️⃣ Mix dry ingredients (except Citric Acid
2️⃣ Mix wet ingredients separately
3️⃣ Slowly pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients
4️⃣ Add Citric Acid
5️⃣ Tightly pack into moulds
6️⃣ Immediately loosen from moulds & allow to dry 1-2 days






























RECIPE: - 140g (4.94 oz) Shea Butter
- 70g (2.46 oz) Coconut Oil
- 30 drops Essential Oil
- 2 pinches Mica Powder (for colour)
1️⃣ Melt shea butter & coconut oil in a double boiler (or microwave in short bursts)
2️⃣ Add mica & mix
3️⃣ Remove from heat; cool for 2 mins
4️⃣ Add essential oils & stir
5️⃣ Pour into moulds & allow to set

















RECIPE: - 2 tbsp Sweet Almond Oil
- 2 tbsp Fractinated Coconut Oil
- 10 drops Essential Oils
- 8–10 drops Vitamin E Oil
1️⃣ Combine almond & coconut oil in a bowl
2️⃣ Add essential oils & vitamin E
3️⃣ Pour into a glass bottle (using a funnel)
4️⃣ Shake before use
5️⃣ Add 1–2 tsp to a warm bath














RECIPE: - 2–3 cups mixed Dried Herbs/ Flower Petals
- Small Fabric Pouch
1️⃣ Mix herbs together in a bowl
2️⃣ Store in airtight container
3️⃣ Add 6 tbsp to pouch & tie closed
4️⃣ Hang pouch under bath tap as you're filling up with warm water (flowing over pouch)
5️⃣ Let pouch float around in the water while you relax
6️⃣ Can reuse herbs for up to 4 days








RECIPE: - 3 cups Epsom Salt
- 1 ½ cups Coarse Sea Salt (e.g. Pink Himalayan)
- ½ cup Bicarb/ Baking Soda
OPTIONAL:
- 20 drops Essential Oils
- 2–3 tbsp Dried Flower Petals
1️⃣ Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl
2️⃣ Add essential oil (if using)
3️⃣ Spoon into container. Store in dry, cool place.
4️⃣ Use ½–1 cup per bath

- 1 tbsp Glycerine
- 10 drops Essential Oils
1️⃣ Wearing a mask, combine water & SLSa powder in a bowl & whisk
2️⃣ Add glycerine & essential oils; mix together
3️⃣ Use a funnel to pour into a jar/ bottle for storage
4️⃣ Use ¼–½ cup per bath














RECIPE: - 1 ½ cups Bentonite Clay
- 1 cup Epsom Salts
- ½ cup Bicarb/ Baking Soda
OPTIONAL:
- 15–20 drops Essential Oils
- 2 tbsp Liquid Coconut Oil
⚠️ NOTE: Don't use metal bowls or utensils with clay
1️⃣ Mix dry ingredients in non-metal bowl
2️⃣ Blend essential oils & coconut oil (if using), then stir into dry mixture
3️⃣ Store in jar or container
4️⃣ Use ½ cup per bath

6️⃣ Add 3–4 heaped tablespoons to running bathwater
























RECIPE: - 2 cups Bicarb/ Baking Soda
- 1 cup Citric Acid
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Epsom Salt
- 1 ½ tbsp Sweet Almond Oil
- 20 drops Essential Oil
OPTIONAL:
- 1–2 tsp Mica Powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Flower Petals
1️⃣ Sift bicarb, citric acid, cornstarch, & Epsom salt into a bowl
2️⃣ In a small jar mix almond oil, essential oils, & mica powder (if using)
3️⃣ Drizzle oil mixture slowly into dry ingredients, whisking continuously to avoid fizz
4️⃣ Fold in dry flower petals (if using)
5️⃣ Use 2–4 tbsp per bath

RECIPE: - 118 mL (4 ounces) Filtered Water
- 60 mL (2 ounces) Witch Hazel
- 20–30 drops Essential Oils
1️⃣ Using a funnel, pour the water, witch hazel, & essential oils into a small amber spray bottle
2️⃣ Screw on the lid
3️⃣ Label if you wish
4️⃣ Shake well before use
5️⃣ Turn on the shower to warm up, then spray 2–5 mists into the shower stream
6️⃣ Works best with exhaust fan off - Breathe in aromas as you shower











RECIPE: - 1 cup Bicarb/ Baking Soda
- ½ cup Sea Salt or Epsom Salt
- 20 drops Essential Oils
- 2–3 tsp Water
1️⃣ Combine baking soda & salt in a bowl
2️⃣ Add 2 tsp of water (then add a splash at a time), stirring well
3️⃣ Aim for a damp sand consistency
4️⃣ Add essential oils & mix well
5️⃣ Pack mixture tightly into moulds to avoid air bubbles
6️⃣ Set for 48 hours on the bench (longer for humid climates)
7️⃣ Use one on the floor (or in a dish) while showering
