Sometimes shopping art materials can be overwhelming. There are so many different brands, so many different sub-categories of paper and pencils and pens, even erasers! If you're just getting started, this can be pretty overwhelming. As someone who has professional practiced fine art, specifically Illustration, over the last 15+ years, I can assure you the items on my list have passed the test of time and the test of durability. Below are some of my favorite brands, that I still use to this day. ALL of them are beginner friendly, and ALL of these items should be at any local store or easily found online. :)
