It’s a flavor-packed dish that’s sure to impress.🍜🥩🥢 You’ll need: For the beef: * 400-500g skirt/flank beef steak, trimmed * 1 tsp light soy sauce * 1 tsp dark soy sauce * 1 tsp white pepper * 1 teaspoon cornstarch * 1 tsp bicarb soda * 1 tsp sugar * 1 Tbsp high-fry oil   For the stir fry: * 2 Tbsp high-fry oil * 200g beansprouts * 1 bunch spring onions, chopped roughly * 3 cloves garlic, chopped * (Optional) 1 bunch tender-stem Broccoli (broccolini) Then: * 400-500g flat rice noodles For the sauce: * 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce * 1 Tbsp light soy sauce * 2 Tbsp oyster sauce * 1 Tbsp sesame oil * 1 tsp sugar * 1 lemon juice Method: 1. Cut thin slices of beef 2. Coat beef slices in ingredients and set aside for 10 minutes (or ideally 30 if you have time!) 3. Cut all your other ingredients to size 4. If you have dried rice noodles, cook them per packet instructions and rinse once cooked 5. Fry in a wok or a large fry pan on high heat the beef with a bit of high-fry oil 6. Set aside beef once browned 7. Add all other stir fry ingredients and cook for 2 minutes 8. Add the noodles 9. Add all sauces to a bowl and then into the stir fry and coat the noodles until brown colour 10. Add the beef back in and cook for 2 minutes 11. Iram Mansoor on Instagram: "Mc chicken sandwich recipe 🍔 Ingredients For the chicken patty: 2 lb boneless chicken breast, minced Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder Oil for frying For the chicken patty coating: 8 tbsp all purpose flour Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1/3 cup water For the sauce 1 cup mayonnaise 2 tbsp Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp white vinegar To assemble: Brioche buns Lettuce, diced Method: In a mixing bowl combine minced chicken. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder. Mix well until combined. Grease hands with a little bit oil and make round patties. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and let them freeze for 30 minutes or until ready to use. Take two dishes, divide the all purpose flour in both dishes( around 4 tbsp each). Add salt pepper, garlic and onion powder in one bowl, Along with water to make a thick batter. Adjust water accordingly. Heat oil in a frying pan. Once the oil is hot, Coat the chicken patties in flour mixture then the wet batter. Carefully drop the chicken patties into the oil. Fry on medium low for 10-15 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy golden brown. Make sauce by combining mayo, Dijon mustard, salt pepper and vinegar in a mixing bowl. Assemble the sandwich by adding sauce, chicken patty, lettuce and some more sauce. Serve with some fries and enjoy! #chickensandwich #mcchicken #crispychicken #sandwich #recipe"
