This is one of our favorite places to stay in Ocean City Maryland. It has a heated indoor poor and an outdoor pool right on the boardwalk. Since the hotel is right on the boardwalk, it is a short walk to the beach. There are a variety of rooms available, and they offer free hot breakfast in the morning.

I've stay at the Grand Hotel & Spa in Ocean City 2-3 a year for the past 20 years. It's located on the boardwalk, so a short walk to the beach. There is a pizza place, breakfast place, and coffee shop in the hotel. There is an indoor pool and outdoor pool. They have several rooms for meetings.

SeaWatch is one of my favorite places to stay in Ocean City. There is an indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts, pickleball, deck area, playground, gorgeous courtyard, beach toy library, and a sandwich, pizza, ice cream shop. We stayed in 2 different units when we were there. The higher you are, the better the view.

We stayed at Emerson Towers for the first time this year. We were surprised that the location was noisier and busier. We loved that the location was so close to the boardwalk, rides, Thrashers, and so many shops and restaurants. It is bayside with a gorgeous view.

We stayed at Trident's Trumpet in Ocean City one year. Our unit was beautiful and had a gorgeous bay side view. There is an outdoor pool.

I have stayed at the Carousel Hotel a few times and attended 2 events there. They have an ice skating rink! There is a nice outside dining area with a tiki bar and a more upscale inside dining area. There are indoor and outdoor pools, coffee shop, gift shop, and small game room.

The Quality Inn on 29th Street is located right on the beach with a short walk through the dunes to get to the beach. It's also very close to the end of the boardwalk.

Places to Eat in Ocean City Maryland
Coin's doesn't look like much from the outside, but trust me, the food is excellent. It's where all the locals go! It's a family friendly place, but it also has a bar. If you like seafood, the crabcakes are excellent.

When we're in Ocean City, we always try to hit the Pit N Pub. I love their pulled pork and brisket nachos. Their portions are big, and their prices are reasonable. Check to see if they have any Happy Hour specials.

Located right on the boardwalk, Shenanigans is a popular stop for many. We have eaten there a few times, and the service and food have been excellent. They also have a kids menu and bar.

YOU MUST get Thrashers French Fries when you go to Ocean City. (I think it's a law!) If the line is long, don't worry, it moves quickly.

The Java Beach Cafe is located in The Grand Hotel on the boardwalk. Their coffee is DELICIOUS! I also like their paninis and bagels. They have smoothies, bottled drinks, hand dipped ice cream, and a showcase of sweet treats, salads, and pre made sandwiches.

Harrison's Harbor Watch at the Inlet in Ocean City is my favorite restaurant, but it is pricey. The view of the ocean and inlet is spectacular. You can watch the boats go in and out while you enjoy local seafood.

MR Ducks is a fun place to go if you're looking for a lively outside atmosphere. Customers can dock right there, and you can watch the charter boats come in with their catches. I love the Bang Bang Shrimp. They have music on the weekends.

Anglers is a fun restaurant located right on the bay just off the Ocean City Rt. 50 Bridge. We ate there twice this year while we were on vacation. With outdoor seating and delicious food, it's a fun place to hang out and watch the sunset.

The Cork Bar is known for having the COLDEST BEER in Ocean City, and all of the firefighters say that's true! They also offer bar food and have a pool table. My husband said the cheesesteaks are good.

Coconuts has the best jerk chicken and coconut shrimp…two of my ALL TIME FAVORITES! They are located on the beach and are only 1 of 2 bars that are allowed to serve alcohol to you on the beach. They often have music in the evenings.

Dough Roller has many locations is Ocean City. I love the one on the boardwalk across from the inlet parking lot. That one also has Dayton's fried chicken, which is delicious. We have gotten good food and service from all of the locations that we've visited.

Kohr Brothers Frozen custard is so good. It is similar to soft serve ice cream, but richer and creamier. They have lots of great flavors. I'm partial to the chocolate, but my husband and granddaughter loved the banana.

Dumsers Dairyland has many locations throughout Ocean City. They have my favorite flavor which is hard to find - Oreo Mint Chip. Some of the locations also serve food.

I'd love to know how much money my family has spent on Fisher's Popcorn over the past 50+ years. I prefer mine with peanuts, but some like theirs with Old Bay. No matter flavor you choose, it is always so fresh and delicious.

Three generations of my family have enjoyed Jolly Roger Park for over 50 years. Jolly Roger Amusement Park has 2 locations. The larger one on has mini golf, go kart tracks, rides, and a large water park. The other location is on the pier in the inlet, and only has rides.

You can't go to Ocean City without checking out the beach. I'm a beach over, so I like getting my feet in the sand and waves. If you're not a fan of the sand, you can still enjoy the atmosphere of salt water and seagulls from land.

Old Pro Mini Golf has several locations in Ocean City, Maryland. They all have unique themes with large volcanos, dinosaurs, ocean creatures, and castles. It's a great family activity. My husband and I love a little friendly competition while on vacation.
