Yuck but effective. LOL Great to use as a non-pharmaceutical intervention for your little ones congestion. I would use the Little Noses Nasal Spray, wait a minute or so and then use this. Do not over use this, as swelling could happen. Of course, follow direction. This is not medical advise.
Basic thermometers are the most reliable. Just place under the arm with no clothing/barriers. There are other fancy/expensive thermometers out there, but the accuracy may not be as good.
