A little north of Jax in Callahan is this tiny blink and you miss it ice cream shop that has the most delicious menu EVER. They don’t just have those awesome waffle ice cream cones, they have awesome meals also.

This was such an amazing experience. I took my son for his birthday, he has loved capybaras since he was a tiny guy. Y’all have absolutely got to go here! They do so much for the animals, book the extra encounter, you won’t be disappointed!

The kids and I had a really great time here- it’s well maintained, clean, and has a beautiful butterfly area with information for the kids. Adults too, really. Awesome place.
