A brilliant book once you have the basics of Tunisian crochet. This book is full of patterns that you can experiment with. The images and instructions are clear - a great book to dip into to increase your range of stitches.

This is a lovely book for dipping into. It covers the basic stitches and a huge array of variations. The pictures are clear, and the instructions are supported by charts. Great for someone looking to extend their range of stitches.
The New Crochet Stitch Dictionary: 440 Patterns
A great introduction to inset Mosaic crochet. If you can do basic crochet stitches, you can do this. There are lots of inspiring projects in here, with suggested variations. Patterns are written and charted, so you can become familiar with the technique and reading charts.
Mosaic Crochet Workshop: Modern Designs
When I started to learn Tunisian crochet, I bought this book. I still refer to it today. It covers the essentials, give somes achievable projects to get you started, and offers some stitch patterns beyond the basics too.
Complete Guide to Tunisian Crochet Stitches
I bought this book when I wanted to try my hand at Overlay Mosaic crochet. A different beast to the simpler Inset mosaic crochet technique. This book explained the technique clearly and I thoroughly enjoyed working on some of the projects shown.
Dark & Dramatic Mosaic Crochet Master Guide
Sometimes all you want is an easy to read pattern, some cheerful yarn colours and a hook. This book fits the bill. From fairly straightforward designs to those with a little more challenge.
Beautiful Blankets, Afghans & Throws
If you've been crocheting for any length of time, you will have come across freeform. Maybe you don't know where to start with this - in which case, this book is idea. It breaks the idea of freeform into smaller motifs and encourages you to play.

Crochet Every Way Stitch Dictionary: 125 Stitches
If granny squares are your thing, and you want to branch out, this is the book for you. Modular square and triangle motifs made into fabulous blankets. I dip into this book when I want to have a clear out of my yarn hoard.
Rainbow Crocheted Blankets: Amanda Perkins
This book earned its place on my shelf because of the 3D projects. I particularly like the way Mills works her crocheted baskets. Lots of ideas here for useful items.
Modern Crochet: Accessories & Projects
This is a great book for consolidating your Tunisian crochet practice. Clear instructions, simple shapes for a range of projects. I have to say that, if you are a visual learner, head on over to TLYarncrafts on Youtube where Toni Lipsey gives some invaluable tuition on Tunisian basics.
The Tunisian Crochet Handbook: A Beginner's Guide
When you decided that you would like to add beads to your crochet, this is a good place to start. Lots of ideas and projects to try, with clear instructions. I particularly like the way an assortment of beads (or bead soup) can be used up.
