Nettle Root is one of my favorite botanicals for hormone balance! I buy this in bulk and drink as a tea. It's great for PCOS.
Horsetail has traditionally been used to treat wounds; enhance skin, hair, and bone health; and as a remedy for various other health conditions! Horsetail also has the richest source of silica!!
Aside from Nettle root, licorice root is another fantastic remedy for hormonal imbalances causing PCOS. It's also been known to reduce body fat, heal stomach ulcers, & fight infections!

Dandelion has been used in the treatment of muscle aches, upset stomach, gallstones, joint pain, eczema & bruises. It also increases urine production and serves as a laxative to increase bowel movements.

Cistus Incanus is reccommended by Dr. Klinghardt. This plant has powerful antibacterial, antiviral, and biofilm-breaking qualities!! Perfect for detox! Be sure to steep this tea for atleast 15 minutes with a lid!!
Pearl Powder is high in calcium, magnesium, selenium, and amino acids. It's great for hair, skin, eyes, sleep & more!

Peppermint has SO many uses! I use this essential oil more than any other! It's the best bug repellent!! I use peppermint oil often for headache, stuffy nose, & sore throat!
Clove is anti-bacterial & anti-fungal, amazing for DIY dental health & DIY deodorants!!
Helichrysum Italicim is the best for skin care! It has massive wound healing capabilities, stops bleeding, & helps prevent scarring. I used this oil twice daily for two weeks straight & completely healed a dangerous skin mark!!
Tea Tree is anti-bacterial & anti-fungal, great for treating skin conditions & so much more! It's definitely one of the most beneficial and multi-use oils I own!
Rosemary is good for skin & hair growth!! I love adding drops of this oil to my shampoo.
