The most helpful fun snack. I loved oatmeal cream pies as a child and now eating them for my child has been so fun! I believe it’s the oats that really helped with the milk production so I’ve also rolled oats into sugar cookies.

I tried to incorporate a can of coconut milk into at least one meal a week. I have a really great pasta recipe where I substitute cheese sauce for coconut milk. The protein and coconut milk combo really helps with milk production.
