Incredible “American-fare” and an entirely seperate kitchen dedicated to be gluten free. The owners wife is celiac, and they take gf very seriously.

The burger bun is so good, I always have to check that it's gluten free. They have an incredible selection of fried sides that are also GF!
Hat Creek Burger Company
Another staple of the household. OCS has the most delicious GF wraps and any of their salads and sandwhiches can be made into one! They have delicious protein smoothies and a stellar GF Oatmeal Toffee Cookie that is a must try.
