This is an absolute godsend for getting kids to sleep on a plane... And not on top of you! Hot tip - reach out to your airline to ask if they accept these on board, most are good but some can be picky!
Flyaway Designs: Flyaway Kids Inflatable Bed
We had one of these for our pram bassinet and brought it on the plane when flying with a 4 month old and it made a massive different in helping him sleep longer and block distractions… It clips onto the plane bassinet and works wonders.
Bassinet Cover - blockout
If your kiddo is too big for an inflatable bed, this is a great solution for comfort during the whole flight (so their little legs don't dangle!) and also helps with sleeping. Packs away tidily.
